We offer the most comprehensive affordable plans around for selling and leasing homes. We are not "discount brokers". You see, discount brokerages often discount their services at the expense of their sellers. We simply provide the seller with an alternative method for selling their home.
In fact, what we offer is more commonly called fee for service. Using this model, our sellers become the expert and are able to choose exactly what products are needed for the sale/lease of their homes. Traditional real estate companies are great but a "one size fits all" approach no longer works for today's sellers. We believe that sellers are savvy enough to take back control and handle various parts of the real estate transaction on their own. Moreover, we understand that cost is not everything but integrity, flexibility and quality of services are what matter most.
